Shipping policy
Standard shipping is FREE within most of Canada and the U.S. for all orders. A $20 fee applies for shipping to Yukon, Nunavut or Northwest Territories. Unfortunately we can only ship to the U.S. mainland and not Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Before accepting our delivery please inspect the outside of the package for signs of tampering or physical damage. If necessary please refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and there is damage from shipping the customer has to file a claim with the delivery company (Canada Post or FedEx). RefurbIT will provide as much assistance as possible. If a damaged package is accepted when being delivered and there is damage to the product, the customer will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs.
Shipping Methods:
At this moment, in Canada, RefurbIT ships orders via mostly FedEx but we may use UPS, Canada Post or Purolator. In the U.S. we use mostly FedEx or UPS. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet or exceed the shipping requirements of the couriers. The shipping services have an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 business days for most orders.
Shipping Times:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Occasionally, such as during busy times like after Cyber Monday, it might take us 2 business days to prepare an order for shipment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.
