How to find your Windows product key?

When you start your computer for the first time you will be asked to type in your 25 digit product key. The Windows product key is usually on a multicolored, Microsoft-branded sticker on your PC case or underside of the laptop casing.  It looks similar to the one in the picture below.  

PLEASE NOTE:

• This license key works only with Microsoft Windows for Refurbished PCs. It will not work with Microsoft Office or any other software
• There might be a silver coating on some of the letters/numbers.  If so, gently remove the silver with your finger covered with a tissue 
• The letter G and number 6 and the letter B and number 8 look very similar
