Delivery Information
General Policies
Before accepting our delivery please inspect the outside of the package for signs of tampering or physical damage. If necessary please refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and there is damage from shipping the customer has to file a claim with the delivery company (Canada Post or FedEx). Refurbit will provide as much assistance as possible. If a damaged package is accepted when being delivered and there is damage to the product, the customer will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs.
Shipping Information
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is FREE within most of Canada and the U.S. for all orders. A $20 fee applies for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. If you would like expedited next day or 2 day delivery please contact us for the cost of this.
Shipping Methods
At this moment Refurbit ships orders via Canada Post or FedEx. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of Canada Post and FedEx.
Shipping Times
Once an order is placed Refurbit will take 1 to 2 business days to process the order and have it shipped out. Shipping time for the product(s) that are shipped vary based upon the level of shipping that was chosen at time of purchase. Both shipping services have an estimated shipping time of 1 to 5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped our shipping department will send you a tracking number by email to the email address listed on your account file. (Please make sure your email address is correct). Please note that the tracking number is activated in the following day and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
