Despite our efforts to deliver on our commitment to quality, sometimes customers request to have products returned or experience technical or mechanical problems with their products.
It’s for these reasons that we developed an easy to understand warranty and returns process for our customers.

What warranties do you offer on your products?
When you buy a product from Refurbit, you can rest easy knowing that there is a one-year parts and labour warranty. This warranty allows us to repair or replace the parts you need, with no cost to you.
We also offer a 90-day warranty for all batteries and accessory parts (keyboard, mouse, cables, etc.) as well as monitors.
How do I get a refund or exchange on a product I no longer want?
Refurbit offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery of your product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return label and return your product in its original condition and packaging.
Please note: If you choose to ship the product back to us without requesting a return label, you are responsible for its safe transportation until it reaches us. It is important that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
How long do I have to wait for a refund?
Please allow up to seven working days for your refund.
